Team Business Simulation
When distance does not keep us apart!
We create cohesion to boost collaboration and coordination, avoiding the wear and tear of miscommunication and improving team efficiency and performance.
Team Business Simulation is founded on emotions for two critical objectives:
Feeling part of your team (team building) and knowing how to work with it (team working).
Stay involved and effective!
Objectives
We help remote teams stay engaged, united, and productive.
Interaction
It is an addictive dynamic for diverse or dispersed groups, with the possibility of communicating in up to 100 different languages.
Emotion
It is a team competition where joint analysis and the immediacy of results create emotional bonds.
Motivation
It is an intense experience where the project is shared, creating a positive, stimulating, and motivating common culture.
COHESION
Participants share a strong experience with the fundamental idea that the relationship builds trust, and trust improves the relationship.
In this way, internal (emotional) cohesion and creating a feeling of belonging (team) are achieved.
CULTURE
Share purpose and values to create a corporate culture, no matter how far or different they are.
Emotions are essential to our daily lives. They help us focus on what is important, influence our behaviors, and motivate us to act.
Shall we talk about Team Business Simulation?
Founded on the trust development model.
Learnings
Trust is everything in relationships.
Uncertainty
Managing uncertainty implies adapting to change, taking the initiative, and providing different solutions to introduce novelties or discover opportunities.
Initiatives
Initiatives must be collective to be effective, which implies the ability to relate. We should always seek effective communication and favor more efficient collaborative work teams.
Opportunities
Real opportunities are founded on different perspectives, integrating diversity, harmonizing available resources, and prioritizing building synergy to be more efficient.
TRUST MODEL
Based on ten years of research, the Cooplexity (cooperation in complexity) model offers a robust, step-by-step method for developing trust. The simulation's game cycles provide the context to practice these six steps.
KEY BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS
Throughout the simulation, we consider the participants' decisions, how they make them, and when they make them. The different measurements provide a player's team profile directly related to their result.
Let's talk about Team Business Simulation!
Focused on interaction and relationships.
Dynamics
A tutor ensures participation, understanding, and motivation with a human approach.
Anonymity
We start the simulation by assigning a fictitious avatar and name. This is motivating and reduces the perception of risk. When the avatar is discovered, the "Wow" moment occurs, intensifying the emotional connection.
Chat
A chat integrated into the platform facilitates communication while maintaining anonymity. The system keeps you updated with asynchronous conversations when you cannot attend the team discussions.
Rankings
Results depend on players' decisions. Interactions are crucial when sharing analysis and finding opportunities. Nothing is final on the rankings. Expectations and excitement are maintained until the last minute.
STORYLINE
During the simulation, a competition game, you will be a member of the management team of Bubble Bubble Gubble Inc., a multinational confectionery company.
You must coordinate with other team members to lead the market, share goals and values, negotiate and coordinate, and collaborate.
PLATFORM
We have designed a platform to stimulate personal interactions and experiential learning and develop interpersonal skills to relate positively.
Short videos, brief messages, clear ideas, minimalist aesthetics. The whole design focuses on simplicity for living the experience and learning.
