Trust development model. This model, developed after ten years of research, provides a step-by-step method for developing trust in a relationship. The simulation allows us to live, validate, and project it to real life.

Step 1: Previous test

What do I want to solve?

Startup online test to get a snapshot of the top 2/3 cultural items with more disparity between the current and the desired situation.

This measure will focus on the analysis of the participative leadership model in the workshop.

Step 2: Business simulation

Am I predisposed to solve it?

Sharing an intense experience with the simulator before the workshop will improve results.

We get it by achieving internal cohesion (emotional) and creating a feeling of belonging (team).

Step 3: Personal feedback

How do I help solve it?

Individual and team feedback based on the results of the Team Effectiveness & Adjustment Measures test (Team 12) carried out days before, which measures 12 behaviours considered critical for teamwork.

It is complemented with observations of the behaviour observed during the simulation.

Step 4: Application workshop

What do I suggest to solve it?

With a positive predisposition for the shared experience, we work on the strategy to land the ideas that resolve the gap between the current situation and the desired one.

A result is reached through effort and collective commitment.

Step 5: Project monitoring

From thinking to action

We meet with the project leader to catalyse the project's implementation. During the initial stages, we assist in defining the project, elaborating on the analysis, and considering all the implications.

Subsequently, once the plan can be visualised, it is presented for execution.
